In some cases, we may offer loaner mobility equipment while your device is being repaired. Availability may be limited, so please inquire about this option when scheduling the repair.

Generally, we do not charge for on-site assessments if you choose to proceed with the repair service. However, if your location is far and you decide not to proceed with the repair after the assessment, there might be a nominal evaluation fee.

Repair costs depend on the type of equipment or appliance, the extent of the damage, and the necessary replacement parts. Once our technician assesses the issue, they will provide a detailed quote for your approval before proceeding with the repair.

However, if you are Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH) client, we can provide assistance for your free repair for mobility equipment.

Yes, we provide a limited warranty on our repair services. The warranty period may vary depending on the type of repair performed. Please ask our technicians or refer to our service agreement for more details.

NOTE: Warranty Not Cover if alleged defects have been caused by neglect; improper operation, water damage of the unit. Maintenance, calibration, alteration or modification by the person other than DIY Services technician.
